To all those who are beginning new u have to do the element test
this is where either an admin or your kage gives u a piece of special paper
u focus your chakra into it and has the following effects

earth - paper crumbles away
fire - paper turns to fire
water - paper turns wet
lightning - paper crunches
wind - paper splits into 2

u can only learn jutsu of your element
but as u go up in rank u can learn new element jutsu

genin - 1 element
chuunin - 2 element
jounin - 4 element
kage/sannin - 5 element
ex kage can use 5 elements aswel

1. There is no god - modding
2. U can only have one character
3. No SPAMMING
4. Don't start bitching if you lose a fight
5. Respect admins and mods.
6. Follow all the rules.
